About Us

Daisee has assembled a dynamic team of strategic business minds and cutting edge engineers to design and develop intelligent solutions in voice AI

Daisee was founded in 2017 by technology entrepreneur Richard Kimber. Richards vision was to create a world leading AI software company offering significant value to clients by blending commercial best practice and data science to create intelligent products that learn and adapt.

Founded in Sydney, Australia, Daisee has launched our initial Regtech solution Lisa to the international marketplace. This was developed as a result of our philosophy that we start with the business solutions that AI can provide and develop our data science technology to meet these needs.

Team Daisee includes the Software Engineers and Data Scientists essential to build and deploy intelligent products such as Lisa. Our team brings with them a high level of academic achievement and in-depth developer experience from some of the world’s largest tech companies.

Awards and Recognition

Daisee chosen by ASIC to participate in their Voice Analytics and Voice to Text Trial, September 2019.

ASIC asked Daisee to test whether voice analytics and voice-to-text could be applied to a dataset and actually replicate what ASIC staff members did when they manually reviewed those calls.

ASIC had been hoping to determine whether AI could “replicate what it took several ASIC staff many months to do”, according to Barbara Buettner, senior manager for insurers in ASIC’s financial services group. That is, could voice analytics (and voice-to-text) be used to recognise indicators of poor sales practice in life insurance calls? The answer, according to Buettner, is a “qualified yes”.

Daisee recognized as a leader in the InsurTech space, winning the 2019 InsurTech Startup of the Year Award at the 4th Annual Australian FinTech Awards.
